This summer, we turned the Chicago River into the ultimate summer soundtrack with our Sounds of Summer series.
From country classics to Latin hits, we brought some of our favorite music genres to the water and turned an afternoon or evening boat ride into a full-on summer experience. Guests danced, sang along, brought their friends, and made plenty of memories along the way.
One of the biggest crowd favorites was Taylor Swift Night, where we celebrated all of her eras from the water. It was exactly the kind of night we had in mind when we dreamed up Sounds of Summer: great music, good friends, and a boat full of people having the best time.
And honestly, we had so much fun doing it.
If you missed out this summer, you definitely missed some good ones. But don’t worry, we still have one more night to close things out. Beyoncé Night is happening August 23rd, giving us one final chance to turn up the music and end the season on a high note.
And after that? We have a feeling Sounds of Summer won’t be a one summer only thing.
