Arrive at least 30 minutes early—your reservation time is when we hit the water! Make sure everyone has signed the Participant digital waiver and confirmed their email before arriving. You will need to present your ID, waiver, and card used to book during check-in. Get ready to relax and cruise!
Weather Policy:
When the temperature dips to 20°F, our Hot Tub Boats might be too chilly to cruise! For your safety and comfort, any cruises booked on days this cold will need to be rescheduled. We'll work with you to find the perfect day to make a splash, without the freeze!
